Purchase with delivery and placement of amphibians in exhibitions for the investment: Construction of the Ecological Education Center – Egzotarium as part of the project entitled: "Zagłębie Linear Park – revitalization of the functional area of the valley of the Przemsza and Brynica rivers through the development of green areas: 1. Construction of the Ecological Education Center – Egzotarium, 2. Development of land at Baczyńskiego Street.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and settlement of amphibians of the exhibition for the investment entitled Construction of the Ecological Education Center – Egzotarium as part of the project entitled: "Zagłębie Linear Park – revitalization of the functional area of the valley of the Przemsza and Brynica rivers through the development of green areas: Construction of the Ecological Education Center – Egzotarium, 2. Development of land at Baczyńskiego Street". The Ecological Education Centre – Egzotarium in Sosnowiec will be located at 116 Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego Street. The area is limited from the north-east by Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego Street and Kresowa Street from the north-west.

2.The description of the subject of the contract constitutes Annex 2 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract [hereinafter: "OPZ"] together with files .pdf marked:

- "1714_PW_AR_1_50_500_LOKALIZACJA TERRARIUM ROOMS";

- "1714_PW_AR_1_10_10_RZUT BASEMENT".

3. Required warranty period for the subject of the order 1 month from the date of final acceptance.

4. The contract is co-financed from the Regional Operational Programme of the Silesian Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020 (European Regional Development Fund) for the priority axis: V. Environmental protection and efficient use of resources for the measure: 5.4. Protection of biodiversity for sub-measure: 5.4.3. Protection of biodiversity – non-competition mode (application number WND-RPSL.05.04.03-24-036B/18-005.

5. DEADLINE FOR THE CONTRACT: within 4 weeks from the date of signing the contract (i.e. 28 days).
