The order includes:

1) Reception of unsegregated municipal waste from property owners residing in the municipality Nowa Wieś Wielka;

2) collection of municipal waste collected selectively from owners of property residing in the municipality Nowa Wieś Wielka and from the selective collection points of municipal waste;

3) equipping the owners of the property where residents reside with containers intended for the collection of unsegregated municipal waste and in bags of polyethylene film or segregation containers;

4) equip selective municipal waste collection points with containers and containers for selective collection of municipal waste;

5) organizing and handling traveling collection of waste of furniture and other bulk waste 1 time per year;

6) management of all collected waste from the territory of the municipality Nowa Wieś Wielka in a regional municipal waste processing plant;

7. maintenance of containers intended for mixed waste

The scope of the contract includes:

1) reception of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste from owners of property residing in the municipality Nowa Wieś Wielka;

2) Reception of municipal waste collected selectively:

(a) from the owners of property residing in the municipality Nowa Wieś Wielka;

(b) from the selective collection points of municipal waste located in Nowa Wiesi Wielka and Brzozie;

(c) from specialized containers intended for selective collection of expired medicines located in four pharmacies in the territory of Nowa Wiesi Wielka and Brzoza;

(d) from specialized containers intended for selective collection of used batteries located in public buildings in the territory of Nowa Wieś Wielka Municipality;

3) equipment of property owners on which residents reside in:

(a) containers intended to collect unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste;

(b) the specific color of the bags made of polyethylene film for segregation into a detached area;

(c) containers or bags of polyethylene film for segregation into multi-family buildings;

Estimated number of containers for non-segregated (mixed) waste on properties inhabited in the Nowa Wieś Wielka commune: 1157 pcs. with a capacity of 240 l, 2236 pcs. with a capacity of 120 l, 51 pcs. with a capacity of 1100 l.

Approximate number of bags per month for waste segregation: 13500 pcs. yellow (for plastics and metals), 4800 pcs. blue (for paper), 8400 pcs. brown (for biowaste), 5200 pcs. green in color (for glass);

4) equip the selective collection points of municipal waste, located in Nowa Wiesi Wielka and Brzozie, with containers and containers for selective collection of municipal waste for individual types of waste;

5) organizing and handling traveling collection of waste of furniture and other large waste in the territory of the municipality Nowa Wieś Wielka 1 once a year;

6) management of all collected waste from the territory of the municipality Nowa Wieś Wielka in the regional installation of the processing of municipal waste, except for the part of the mixed waste, i.e. in the amount of 1843 Mg/year, which must be transferred directly to the municipal installation - Thermal Plant Transformation of Municipal Waste in Bydgoszcz at 22 Ernst Peterson Street, with which the Ordering Party has concluded an agreement and will bear costs;

7) maintenance of containers intended for mixed municipal waste once every 6 months;

8) preparation of color brochures on proper segregation and one-time distribution to properties inhabited by residents.

The amount of municipal waste collected from owners of residential properties and from the selective waste collection point in the Nowa Wieś Wielka commune was: in 2020 - 4266.461 Mg, in 2021 - 4444.047 Mg, in 2022 - 4377.888 Mg.
