Seeking qualified EPC Contractors and OEMs to provide their pre-qualifications for the engineering, procurement and construction of the nominal 52 MW power plant employing either engine generators or combustion turbines in a simple cycle mode fuelled by excess associated gas and heavy fuel oil, in order to evaluate the contractors' requisite experience to submit proposals for the tender of a full turnkey EPC wrap for construction.
