The contracting authority as part of its obligations under SI 99 2023, European Union (Drinking Water) Regulations, must carry out a programme of compliance testing of small private supplies and private group water schemes. This programme includes sampling of the following: • 12 number Group Water Schemes, • 9 number Small Private Supplies • 17 number borewell/surface water In addition to the planned programme of sampling, there will be additional unplanned samples from non-compliant samples. Under this RFT, Monaghan County Council is seeking tenders from competent contractors to undertake these sampling and laboratory analysis services.
