With the successful tenderer of this tender, Insiel will enter into contract concerning the services of work management, measurement and accounting, safety coordination during execution for the realization of rooms dedicated to offices in “Smart working” and “co-working” mode at the building in Via San Francesco 4 in Udine.

The services must be provided in the manner and within the terms set out in the annex to the tender specification no. “6 — contract scheme”.

The compensation for all the services and obligations related to the performance of the services provides for a duration linked to the time schedule of the work until the final testing of the same.
