Polder Bellenkopf/Rappenwört, award VP.001

Supply and install replacement quarters 1st BA:

The Bellenkopf / Rappenwört (BeRa) polder is part of the Integrated Rhine Program (IRP) in the Karlsruhe district. The retention area (RHR) will have a retention volume of approx. 14 million m3 on approx. 510 ha. The polder consists of a large number of individual measures, which are divided into 9 lots. These are further subdivided into planning and construction lots.

The planning approval decision has been available since December 2020. The completion target for the structural implementation is 2028, and in accordance with nature conservation regulations, compensation measures are required to compensate for and replace interventions in nature and landscape that cannot be prevented. This includes, among other things, the installation of replacement quarters for birds and bats. These services are the content of this call for tenders.

The tender includes the following services:

- Supply about 2,400 bird nesting aids and bat boxes.

- Installation of 2,400 bird nesting aids and bat boxes at 23 locations.

- Numbering: location number+consecutive numbering.

- Documentation: GPS point with number and box type (abbreviation according to manufacturer) as well as one photo per box where the number and tree are visible.

- Transportation

- Voting dates.
