The City of Gothenburg, the Traffic Office, Service Travel conducts a supplementary framework agreement procurement regarding special passenger transport. The procurement complements the traffic agreement "Vehicle Group 2020". Permitted vehicle types in this supplementary procurement are passenger cars, see pkt 1.4.1.1. Throughout the contract period, the Traffic Office will continuously follow up on set requirements to ensure that the Supplier meets and maintains the contract requirements throughout the contract period. The traffic office uses several methods for follow-up, including: monthly reporting, monthly follow-up meetings, complaint follow-up at driver level, register control, random and targeted driver and vehicle checks and travel as an anonymous traveler. The framework agreement covers Service trips regarding: Transportation service trips, Special school trips, School trips, LSS trips, Daily business trips, Business trips, Special assignment trips. The procurement covers several sub-areas.
