Description:
Open procedure for the rental of mobile sanitary facilities and the execution of related services by the FPS Interior for missions to be carried out at the Jabbeke emergency reception and accommodation centre coordinated by Fedasil

This contract covers the rental of temporary mobile medical facilities and the performance of related services at the former barracks of the Civil Protection Unit in Jabbeke.

Sanitary facilities are provided in containers to be converted into toilet containers and shower containers. The supply of both types of containers is the subject of this contract, a "combined unit" where a container contains both toilets and showers is not allowed.

The provision of toilets accessible to people with reduced mobility is also part of this market. These do not necessarily have to be integrated into a container unit but can therefore be supplied as a separate toilet cabin.

Taking into account the existing fixed facilities, mobile sanitation facilities will need to meet the health needs of at least 350 people.

To meet the needs of the residents of the reception centre, the sanitary facilities must be sized on the basis of the following rule: 1 toilet for 10 people and 1 shower for 15 people. For toilets for people with reduced mobility: 1 toilet per 50 people.

WC containers and toilet cabins will not be connected to the sewer network and will therefore have to be equipped with a tank to collect wastewater. The emptying of these tanks, at least twice a week, is also part of this market.

Shower containers, on the other hand, are connected to the sewer network. Therefore, there is no need to provide for water collection for this purpose.
