The contractor must deliver the following performance (hereafter also: the ICT Solution):

- one-off; VTH Application (for licensing, monitoring, enforcement),

- setting up processes, case types / conversion; internal and external links (in accordance with specifications in Appendix 3),

- annual / structural; maintenance and support in accordance with GIBIT (Articles 8.3 and 8.9).

The participating organizations are:

- Asten,

- Best,

- GRSA2 (Cranendonck, Heeze-Leende, Valkenswaard),

- Deurne,

- Dommel Valley service (Geldrop-Mierlo, Nuenen, Son and Breugel) Gemert-Bakel,

- Helmond,

- Laarbeek,

- ODZOB,

- SSC de Kempen (Oirschot, Reusel-de Mierden, Bladel, Eersel, Bergeijk),

- Someren,

- Veldhoven,

- Landerd,

- Uden,

- Druten,

- Wychen,

The agreement is entered into for a period of four (4) years with the possibility of three (3) times extension of two (2) years.

The contractor must deliver the following performance (hereinafter also: the IT solution):

One-off;

- VTH Application (for licensing, monitoring, enforcement),

- it must be operational for ODZOB and the participating municipalities as of 1.1.2021,

- participants with an optional choice for a request can enter and / or connect (if the minimum request) to the standard or the maximum request (see participation table) until 1.1.2023,

- setting up processes, case types / conversion,

- internal and external links (in accordance with specifications in Appendix 3),

- all required training courses.

Annual / structural; maintenance and support. In accordance with GIBIT (Articles 8.3 and 8.9), this is understood to mean:

- hosting,

- maintenance on application, including the links,

—— corrective,

-- preventive maintenance,

—— innovative maintenance.

- technical application management,

- user support,

- timely compliance with relevant laws and regulations,

- continue to meet agreed interoperability requirements,

- comply with new versions of municipal IT quality standards in time through updates and upgrades.
