This service contract concerns the conclusion of various insurance contracts as part of the renewal of the insurance portfolio of the Commune and the Ciney CPAS.
This is a joint contract concluded between the municipality and the Ciney CPAS. In the context of the award of this contract, the municipality constitutes the delegated contracting authority and the interlocutor of tenderers.
This procedure takes place in two phases:
• A first phase relating to the selection of candidates, following the publication of the contract notice and focusing solely on the analysis of the DUME, the causes of exclusion, the criteria of economic capacity and the criteria of technical capacity.
• A second phase of submission of offers, accessible only to candidates selected during the first phase.
These specifications govern these two phases.
As far as the municipality of Ciney is concerned, the market concerns the following insurances:

• Sub-component 2: all electronic risks
• Sub-Stream 3: Assurance of Values
• Sub-component 4: all-risk insurance including machine breakdown
• Sub-stream 5: works of art all-risk insurance

• Sub-Stream 1: General Liability
• Sub-component 2: civil liability of communal agents
• Sub-Stream 3: Fire and Explosion Strict Civil Liability
• Sub-Stream 4: Civil Liability and Bodily Accidents at School and After School of Children and Participants in Recreational, Cultural and Sports Activities
• Sub-component 5: civil liability and bodily accidents for the communal council for children, seniors and advisory commissions
• Sub-Stream 6: compulsory insurance against occupational liability in the construction sector.
• Sub-component 7: civil liability “organizer of various events for material damage caused to communal premises”
3. Stream 3: Work Accidents
• Sub-Stream 1: Staff Occupational Accidents
• Sub-component 2: bodily accidents for members of the communal council
4. Stream 4: automotive
• Sub-component 1: civil liability, property damage, legal protection and driver
• Sub-Stream 2: Service Missions Open

5. Stream 5: Cyber Risk Insurance
6. Stream 6: all risks on construction sites (subscription)
