Filipstad Municipality welcomes tenders regarding  Food - Complementary trade.

The purpose of the procurement is to meet the businesses' urgent need for food, which may be different package sizes than for commercial kitchens and/or a partly different range that is not offered from wholesalers. Some purchases are also of the nature of so-called educational purchases / social training as these purchases are made with users etc. from different activities. The agreement is a complement to the municipality's existing Food Agreement.

The municipality intends to sign a framework agreement with several Suppliers to cover the need for proximity to the municipal operations within a reasonable distance. The municipal operations are located in both Filipstad and Lesjöfors.

The agreement intends to apply to the Supplier's entire range of food available in the Supplier's store and online store in the event that online shopping can be offered.

The procurement does not include the purchase of tobacco, snus, alcohol, gambling or medicine.
