The procurement comprises the procurement of 5 PJ transformers for Helen Ltd's Eiranranta heating and cooling plant in Eiranranta, delivered to the street address mentioned below and taken into use in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices.
1 pcs 400 V (power 2, 0MVA, 10.5/0,420kV) PJ transformer or 1pcs 400 V pj transformer (3,15MVA 10,5/0,420kV), one of which remains optional.
4 pcs 690 V (power 4, 0MVA 10,5/0,75kV) PJ transformers
PJ transformers shall be delivered in full working order (taking options into account) according to technical specifications including accessories and accessories.
All pj-transformers should be dry transformers.
The underground facility is located at: Hylkeenpyyjänkatu 1,00150 Helsinki, Finland.
The procurement procedure shall be negotiated procedure. Tenders will be invited from those suppliers who, on the basis of requests to participate, will be invited as tenderers.

Before submitting an initial tender, each shortlisted supplier candidate must inspect the site on site.
The underground facility is located at: Hylkeenpyytäjänkatu 1, 00150 Helsinki, Finland.
The transformer is placed in a ventilated transformer room. The temperature in the transformer room can vary between +18°C and +35°C.
Provisional timetable:
Transformer hauled to installation site (Option/additional purchase possibility) : week 37/2024
Preliminary commissioning: 07/2025
The transformers must be commissioned by 31.8.2025.
