The contract to which the clauses and conditions of these special specifications apply relates to the equipment and development works of the central surroundings of the Val-Benoît site.

The work is carried out by general contractor.

The work is subdivided into five divisions namely:

— Division 1 relating to various road development works for which the contracting authority is the SPI;

— Division 2 relating to plantations for which the contracting authority is the SPI;

— Division 3 relating to draining work for which the contracting authority is the SPI;

— Division 4 relating to various networks and works of impetrants whose contracting authority is the SPI;

- Division 5 relating to the equipment of the site with public lighting (EP), the contracting authority of which is RESA.

This contract constitutes a single contract to be awarded to a single successful tenderer. It will be notified in accordance with the legislation in force on the basis of its global offer comprising the five divisions.

This contract includes:

— the realization of roads and the surrounding areas;

— the demolition of all floor coverings and the felling of trees prior to road construction;

— the installation of all public lighting on the outskirts of the road and in pedestrian areas;

- the installation of new drains with connections to existing sewers.

The subject of this contract is, in accordance with the clauses and conditions fixed by these special specifications, the construction work of the separative drainage, roads, shoulders and central surroundings of the Val-Benoît site in Liège.

The roads will include asphalt pavements, with trickles of water, concrete paved areas will also be built as well as planting areas.

The new main separating sewers will be made of pipes of different diameters in PP and / or reinforced concrete.

The works related to public lighting services and works are described in the technical clauses relating to Division 5 (RESA-EP).
