the works consist of:1 - creation of a mainly pedestrian and vegetated public space common between the square de Lannoy de Bissy and the boulevard du Théâtre, taking into account the management of rainwater2 - square de Lannoy de Bissy: enhancement of the square by a partial resumption of leveling and various planting spaces while preserving existing trees and ensuring the pedestrian and technical access necessary for the buildings neighbours3 - boulevard du Théâtre: requalification of the boulevard with waterproofing and revegetation of the central mall, removal of parking and existing roads, treatment with qualitative coatings of pedestrian circulation spaces, cycles and services, relocation and replacement of household waste containers.
