The Customer makes the decision to exercise the option at least 3 months before the end of the contract period. The basis for comparison is the lowest price. The procurement exceeds the EU threshold. Imatran Kiinteistö- ja Aluepalvelu Oy invites tenders for truck repair services. The customer has 5pcs trucks. The service provider must have a repair shop in the City of Imatra area and a well-equipped mobile service vehicle. The service provider procures the spare parts needed for the work.
Truck accessories and accessories are not covered by the service agreement, for example. lower blades, sanders and the customer has the right to use other service providers for their repair services, if necessary. The Customer has the right to have maintenance and repair work carried out by a third party during the warranty period of the rolling stock and during service leasing or other financing agreements that include the maintenance and repair of the car. The customer has the right to carry out truck maintenance and repair work with its own personnel. The service to be procured complements the customer's own resources.
Work requiring a permit and requiring special expertise is agreed on a case-by-case basis between the client and the service provider. Primarily, the work will be carried out by the service provider now being sought. If the service provider does not have the required permits or expertise to carry out the work, the client is entitled to have the work in question performed by a third party. Licensed or special work means, for example:
- repair, maintenance and adjustment work of braking systems,
- autosähkötyöt
- Hiab crane maintenance and repairs as well as statutory inspections
- other work requiring special expertise or official permits
