DMF has developed several services since 2016 in order to support our activities. In early 2023 these were moved to a private cloud service at Intility and run on OpenShift (Kubernetes), with ArgoCD and GitLab for roll-out, build, and source code control. Intility is responsible for all operation of the environment, and also assists with expertise in this.

We need support for the further development and management of these services, and need competence and capacity in one or more of the following fields listed below:

• Backend: Kotlin/Java, .Net, PostgreSQL

• Frontend: Typescript, React.js, OpenLayers/Leaflet, Drupal

• Integration: Public joint components (ID-porten, Maskinporten, Kontaktregisteret, Altinn, Matrikkelen) and Public 360.

• DevOps: Kubernetes (Openshift), GitLab, ArgoCD and ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana)

The aim of the procurement is to have a framework agreement for competence within IT development in fields where we do not have sufficient competence and/or capacity.
