The OPAH must meet the following objectives:
- improve housing conditions for occupants of unworthy or highly degraded housing,
- assist homeowners, or even landlords, in carrying out energy saving work,
- to support owner-occupiers, or even tenants if need be, in carrying out work to adapt to disability / aging,
- participate in the reinstatement on the market of vacant, degraded to very degraded dwellings in the town center of certain municipalities, by additional incentive measures for these municipalities, compared to the support initiated under the OPAH,
- participate in the creation of a few complementary rental housing units in the municipalities of employment,
- enhance the built heritage by a specific sectored action in the communes of Montrichard Val de Cher and Contres.
