Waste management 16 01 03/2021

1) The subject of the contract shall be the performance by the Contractor of a service consisting in the use of waste code 16 01 03 — consumed tyres (small tyres up to Ø 1 200 mm) collected by the Contracting Authority in the territory of the country, within the activities referred to in point 2 and stored in the territory of the Plant managed by the Ordering Party.

2) Waste 16 01 03 — consumed tyres will come from collections organized on sites carried out by the Contracting Authority, large-sized waste and waste collected under the Contracting Authority.

A detailed description of the item of the order is described in Annex 2 to the SWZ.

Belchatów Plant/Installation

1. The subject of the contract is the performance by the Contractor of a service consisting in the use of waste code 16 01 03 — consumed tyres (small tyres up to Ø 1 200 mm) collected by the Contracting Authority in the territory of the country, within the activities referred to in point 2 and stored in the territory of the Plant managed by the Ordering Party.

2. Waste 16 01 03 — consumed tyres will come from collections organized on sites carried out by the Contracting Authority, large-sized waste and waste collected under the Contracting Authority.

3. The waste subject to the contract will be delivered by the Contracting Authority and subsequently developed on the premises of the Works designated by the Contractor in accordance with the applicable laws and recovery processes. The maximum distance for transport of waste shall be determined:

a. for the Establish/Installation in Bełchatowo, 14 and 16 Przemysłowa Street — up to 150 km,

Verification of the distance between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor's Department shall be made by the Ordering Party using the public web portal, while maintaining its standards for determining the length of routes.

4. The Contracting Authority undertakes to supply and the Contractor to collect worn tyres. Tyre deliveries will be set every time, minimum one day in advance. Delivery will be made by telephone or written by electronic means.

5. The Contracting Authority stresses that certain quantities of waste are estimated to be subject to change, intended to serve in support of the preparation of the tender, with the maximum quantities of waste not exceeding the total amount of waste during the period of the contract set out in Table 1. the amount of waste delivered will be due to the current demand of the Ordering Party.

Task 1 — 350 Mg (Total amount of waste to be collected during the term of the contract).

The description of the item of the order is detailed in Annex 2 to the SWZ.

Fet/Installation of Dylan

1. The subject of the contract is the performance by the Contractor of a service consisting in the use of waste code 16 01 03 — consumed tyres (small tyres up to Ø 1 200 mm) collected by the Contracting Authority in the territory of the country, within the activities referred to in point 2 and stored in the territory of the Plant managed by the Ordering Party.

2. Waste 16 01 03 — consumed tyres will come from collections organized on sites carried out by the Contracting Authority, large-sized waste and waste collected under the Contracting Authority.

3. The waste subject to the contract will be delivered by the Contracting Authority and subsequently developed on the premises of the Works designated by the Contractor in accordance with the applicable laws and recovery processes. The maximum distance for transport of waste shall be determined:

a. for the Plant/Installation in Dylowie A, gm. Pajęczno — up to 150 km.

Verification of the distance between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor's Department shall be made by the Ordering Party using the public web portal, while maintaining its standards for determining the length of routes.

4. The Contracting Authority undertakes to supply and the Contractor to collect worn tyres. Tyre deliveries will be set every time, minimum one day in advance. Delivery will be made by telephone or written by electronic means.

5. The Contracting Authority stresses that certain quantities of waste are estimated to be subject to change, intended to serve in support of the preparation of the tender, with the maximum quantities of waste not exceeding the total amount of waste during the period of the contract set out in Table 1. the amount of waste delivered will be due to the current demand of the Ordering Party.

Task 1 — 300 Mg (Total amount of waste to be collected during the term of the contract).

Establish/Installation of Julks

1. The subject of the contract is the performance by the Contractor of a service consisting in the use of waste code 16 01 03 — consumed tyres (small tyres up to Ø 1 200 mm) collected by the Contracting Authority in the territory of the country, within the activities referred to in point 2 and stored in the territory of the Plant managed by the Ordering Party.

2. Waste 16 01 03 — consumed tyres will come from collections organized on sites carried out by the Contracting Authority, large-sized waste and waste collected under the Contracting Authority.

3. The waste subject to the contract will be delivered by the Contracting Authority and subsequently developed on the premises of the Works designated by the Contractor in accordance with the applicable laws and recovery processes. The maximum distance for transport of waste shall be determined:

a. for the Plant/Installation in Julkowo, gm. Skierniewice — up to 200 km.

Verification of the distance between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor's Department shall be made by the Ordering Party using the public web portal, while maintaining its standards for determining the length of routes.

2. Waste 16 01 03 — consumed tyres will come from collections organized on sites carried out by the Contracting Authority, large-sized waste and waste collected under the Contracting Authority.

2. Waste 16 01 03 — consumed tyres will come from collections organized on sites carried out by the Contracting Authority, large-sized waste and waste collected under the Contracting Authority.
