They operate a transshipment facility for waste on the site of the Königsbühl construction waste recycling plant and landfill site in the north of the city of Göttingen.

For loading as well as for the purpose of pre-sorting waste, an excavator with a sorting grab is required. The excavator should preferably be used outdoors. The use in a

ventilated hall must also be possible. The waste to be shipped is waste wood, bulky waste, waste paper and lightweight packaging ("yellow bags"). Furthermore,

the excavator can occasionally be used to apply roadside trenches.

The grab excavator is to be offered complete with maintenance (duration 48 months or 6 000 operating hours). At least every 1000 operating hours, a complete maintenance of the excavator must be scheduled.

The maintenance contract (including individual items, repairs) is part of the order.

A material handler is required for the loading of waste paper and waste wood as well as for the purpose of pre-sorting waste.

The excavator is intended to be used both indoors and outdoors.

The material handler and its attachments must comply with all German and European standards and regulations relating to technology, safety and handling in the latest version, including

— Equipment and Product Safety Act (GPSG)

— Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC

— Accident prevention regulations and other regulations of the employers' liability insurance association

A full warranty of at least 36 months or at least 4 500 operating hours (whichever criterion is met first) shall be provided for the material handler, including all attachments and parts.

The scope of procurement includes in particular:

— Delivery of the excavator including all associated components, attachments and equipment

— Unloading and making it fully operational with all attachments/ancillary equipment and equipment

— Staff briefing (operating personnel) for up to 8 people (with proof!).

— Personnel training (maintenance/repair personnel) for up to 8 people

— delivery of the required and required documents and certificates

The training of the client's maintenance/repair personnel must be so comprehensive that the necessary maintenance work can also be carried out by the client's employees.

The performance of maintenance/repair work by the client must not have a negative influence on the guarantee and warranty claims.

The maintenance contract (including repair items) is part of the order.

When submitting the bid, the bidder must name at least one reference location in Germany where an excavator of the type and equipment offered is in operation.

In particular, the bidder must specify a location (with contact person) at which an on-site appointment for assessment and service is ensured when submitting the bid - for the purpose of evaluating the offer.

The demonstration must be realized, intensively driven, tested and evaluated for at least 2 hours in the period from 05.09. - 20.09.2023.

If the result of the demonstration in the context of the examination and evaluation of the bids can no longer have a decisive effect on the award of the bidder, the client reserves the right to

and effective procurement procedures to dispense with a demonstration. The bidder will be notified of this immediately in writing within the framework of Section 134 ARC.
