The procurement involves cleaning services - regular cleaning and periodical cleaning services. The procurement also includes service agreement for toilets, including hygiene products related to this service agreement. The Competition Authority, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority also rents premises in Olav Kyrres gate 8 (the old Telegraph building) and Rådhusgata 4, 5085 Bergen.

Bara Eiendommer AS is the owner of the areas/buildings. The Awarding Authority is responsible for cleaning in own premises. The agreement does not include common areas in the building, such as entrance, stairway, etc.

In the old Telegraph building, the Awarding Authority rents 2nd and 3rd floors and the gross area is 1 441 m² in each floor. In Rådhusgata 4, the Awarding Authority rents an area of 375 m² in the 4th floor. The cleaners shall provide plastic bags for dustbins/waste containers, as well as separate waste sacks for waste removal.

The consumption of waste sacks/waste bags is included in the price for daily/regular cleaning. The cleaning service shall be in compliance with NS-INSTA 800. The cleaning shall be carried out during working hours between 07:00-18:00. See also the tender documents with annexes.
