The object of the tender concerns the integral (architecture, installation advice, construction advice and building physics) design assignment for the realization of the IKC Pius 10, including associated outdoor space and gym.

The new building has a size of approximately 2,000 m2 GFA (primary school, gym, daycare, after-school care).
