The contract covers the following activities:

A) activities necessary for the monitoring, implementation and maintenance of the MISE in progress at the Portonaccio site, Rome;

B) supplementary activities including the supply of materials, manpower and means necessary for the realization of geognostic surveys, piezometers, monitoring, sampling of environmental matrices avoiding any induced contamination phenomenon (surface and groundwater, soil, subsoil), transport of samples to the chosen laboratories, sending for recovery/disposal of excavated materials and environmental protection and anything else provided for in art. 4 of the Technical Regulations.

The maximum estimated amount of the contract is €369,885.67, divided as follows:

1) Euro 295,000.00 basic tender amount, of which:

- Euro 220,000.00 Amount of the service referred to in the previous letter A), subject to a tender discount;

- Euro 75,000.00 Amount of the service referred to in letter B), subject to tender discount;

2) Euro 885.67 Security costs, not subject to tender discount;

3) Euro 30,000.00 Sums available to the Contracting Authority for unforeseen events;

4) Euro 44,000.00: Amount of the extension option within the 20% range.

As part of the total amount of the contract, the related labour costs are estimated at Euro 20,592.00 with reference to the CCNL of workers employed in the private metalworking industry and in the installation of systems 5 February 2021 Ministerial Table 1 June 2023 Levels C1/C2/D2. Pursuant to art. 41 and in compliance with paragraph 9 of Article 108 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, labour and safety costs are not subject to reduction; This is without prejudice to the possibility for the economic operator to demonstrate that the overall reduction in the amount derives from a more efficient business organisation.
