Utrecht University of Applied Sciences invites interested market parties to participate in the tender “Books” on the basis of a European public procedure, as laid down in the Procurement Act 2012.

The purpose of this tender is to select and contract one supplier for the provision of physical books.

The contract is awarded to the tenderer who has issued the tender with the best price-quality ratio.

The present Contract concerns deliveries with related services in the first place.

The following matters fall within the scope of this tender:

• Grey literature;

• standard literature;

• standard literature (fixed book price).

All of the above matters only concern physical execution.

The scope of the Assignment based on 4 years is expected to be: €1,800,000 excluding VAT based on the spending data. The term of the Agreement will be a maximum of 6 years. This brings the maximum order value to €2,700,000 excluding VAT.
