The contract for AV resources is divided into two lots. In short, this looks like this:

- lot 1: delivery of AV resources. This lot consists of a framework agreement with three suppliers who provide AV resources for the following categories:

—— specials,

—— narrowcasting,

- lot 2: repair and maintenance AV resources.

This lot consists of a framework agreement for the duration of the agreement with one supplier for repair and maintenance of the AV resources present. The supplier who is awarded this lot must also be one of the three awarded suppliers of lot 1.

The scope of the contract cannot be accurately determined for the contracting authority. The purchase of AV resources is fully dependent on the budget available at that time, the lifespan of the AV resources, the needs at the locations and the developments surrounding COVID-19. For that reason, a framework agreement is concluded. The contracting authority has approximately 35 locations where AV resources are available or can be made available. You cannot derive any rights from this number.
