The subject of the contract are deliveries of vegetables, fruits and eggs for CRR KRUS NIWA during the term of the contract, specified in Annex 1A to the SWZ – Assortment of the order, in Annex 1B to the SWZ – Spreadsheet specifying the price of the offer, in Annex 1C to the SWZ – Detailed description of the subject of the contract and in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Offer Form. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks related to the installation and installation works as part of the supply contract. The Contracting Authority does not allow partial bids - in subsection IV.A. the Contracting Authority justified the decision not to divide this contract into lots.

Deliveries of vegetables, fruits and eggs for CRR KRUS NIWA during the term of the contract include 70 assortment items. Due to the limitation of the number of characters in this field of the Contract Notice form, the Contracting Authority obliges interested Contractors to read Annex 1A to the SWZ – Assortment of the order and Annex 1B to the SWZ – Spreadsheet specifying the price of the offer, in which detailed requirements (type of products, size of packaging if applicable, quantity of demand) regarding the subject of this contract have been specified.
