The subject of the contract is the preparation of an analysis entitled "Participation of "over-the-top" service providers in the costs of development and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure".

The description of the subject of the contract constitutes Annex 1 to the Specification (hereinafter: "OPZ"), and the order will be carried out under the conditions specified in the Draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the Specification.

1. The subject of the contract is to carry out an analysis entitled "Participation of providers of "over-the-top" services in the costs of development and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure".

The subject of the contract consists of the following parts:

1) conducting a baseline analysis, hereinafter referred to as the "Baseline Analysis", in accordance with the requirements indicated in the Detailed Description of the subject of the Agreement,

2) preparation of the final analysis, hereinafter referred to as the "Final Analysis" - on the basis of the Initial Analysis

3) preparation of a multimedia presentation, based on the Study, presenting its results briefly.

The description of the subject of the contract constitutes Annex 1 to the Specification (hereinafter: "OPZ"), and the order will be carried out under the conditions specified in the Draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the Specification.
