The tender covers drywall construction work in the 2nd construction phase for the conversion and expansion of the St. Marien Hospital in Ahaus. The following subsections in Building 900 on the hospital grounds are affected by the construction work:

- 5.4.1 Endoscopy: Building 900 New building on the 1st floor

- 5.6 Clinical medical service: Building 900 New building on the 2nd floor

The construction site is located in the city area of 48683 Ahaus, Wüllener Straße 101.

The construction work must be carried out during ongoing hospital operations.

The drywall work includes the following services:

- F30-Metallständerwände: Ca. 1,635 m²

- F90-Metallständerwände: Ca. 175 m²

- F30 Metal Installation Walls: Approx. 125 m²

- F90 Metal Installation Walls: Approx. 30 m²

- Vorsatzschalen: Ca. 400 m²

- Schachtwände: Ca. 195 m²

- Total walls: approx. 2,560 m²

- Creation of door openings: 77 pieces

- Creation of window openings: 1 piece

- Prefabricated windows with horizontal blinds with rotary knob: 1 piece

- Plasterboard mounting ceiling, smooth: approx. 85 m²

- Plasterboard acoustic perforated panel ceiling: approx. 30 m²

- Mineralfaserrasterdecke: ca. 1.255 m²

- Metalldecken-Langfeldkassetten: Ca. 415 m²

- Total ceilings: Approx. 1,785 m²
