The subject of the Order is:
1) delivery of brand new (year of production from 2022), free from physical and legal defects, electric police cars in the VAN version in the number of 4 pieces, hereinafter referred to as "vehicles", adapted for the transport of passengers, along with marking and specialized equipment in communication equipment, vehicle location and video monitoring installation,
2) delivery with assembly (installation) of vehicle charging stations (year of production from 2022), in the number of 1 piece, hereinafter referred to as the "charging station", with technical parameters consistent with the Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.
The Ordering Party requires that the vehicles be adapted to drive on public roads and meet the requirements set out in the road traffic law in force in Poland.
The Ordering Party requires that the charging station be adapted to charge the delivered vehicles and meet the requirements set out in the regulations in force in Poland.
