The object of the order is the collection, transport and development of all types of municipal waste from property owners located within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Iwierzyce, on which residents reside from 1.1.2022 to 31.12.2022, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling and preparation for the reuse of municipal waste and the reduction of mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the applicable rules in this regard.

1. The object of the contract is the collection, transport and development of all types of municipal waste from the owners of the property located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Iwierzyce, in which the inhabitants reside from 1.1.2022 to 31.12.2022, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling and preparation for the reuse of municipal waste and the reduction of mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage. The number of households from which waste needs to be collected is about 1,900. The area of the municipality is 65.58 km2, it consists of 9 sołectw. The order includes reception, transportation and development from the properties on which residents reside:

1) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste collected in duly marked bags displayed on the collection route, amounting to approximately 450 Mg,

2) segregated municipal waste collected selectively such as: paper waste, paperboard and packaging waste from paper and cardboard, glass waste including packaging waste from colourless and coloured glass, metal waste including packaging waste, metal waste, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste artificial, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-plant packaging waste, biowaste — biodegradable waste from gardens, household food and kitchen waste, household ash, household ash collected in properly labelled bags on the collection route, and segregated municipal waste collected at the selective collection point of municipal waste (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) located next to the Water and Sewer Plant in Iwierzyce 125 A, such as paper waste, cardboard and packaging waste from paper and cardboard, Glass waste including packaging waste of colourless and coloured glass, metal waste, including packaging waste from metals, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-product packaging waste, biodegradable waste including biowaste Pads, in quantities approximately 450 Mg,

3) other municipal waste is: used tyres, large-size waste (e.g. furniture), waste electrical and electronic equipment, light bulbs, fluorescent lamps, used batteries and batteries, expired medicines and chemicals, expired paints, varnishes, packaging after plant protection products and fertilizers, waste not eligible for medical waste created in households as a result of the intake of medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring of blood substances, construction and demolition waste (resulting from renovations in households performed by owners of real estate inhabited in their own right) received from the PSZOK, in a total amount of about 205 (Mg).
