The subject of the contract is the delivery of two pieces, brand new sanitary ambulances type C with equipment for the Emergency Service in Wałbrzych, in accordance with the requirements of the current PN:EN 1789 or equivalent standard and the current PN-EN 1865 or equivalent standard.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of two pieces, brand new type C sanitary ambulances with equipment for the Emergency Service in Wałbrzych, in accordance with the requirements of the current PN:EN 1789 or equivalent standard and the current PN-EN 1865 or equivalent standard.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the Offer Form (Required Parameters Form / description of the offered subject of the order), which is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.

3. The Ordering Party requires the offer of brand new, non-demonstrative and unused new type C sanitary ambulances, manufactured not earlier than in 2022, along with new and unused medical equipment. Delivered ambulances and their equipment and medical equipment should be without defects, design, workmanship and other technical defects that could become apparent during its use.

4. The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with a guarantee without a mileage limit for the delivered ambulance, the validity of which will begin from the date of signing the positive vehicle acceptance protocol:

(a) for the base vehicle, bodywork and medical equipment, for a period of not less than 24 months;

b) for a varnish coating – for a period of not less than 24 months;

c) for the perforation of the bodywork, a guarantee for a period of not less than 96 months;

d) for medical equipment – for a period of not less than 24 months.

5. Offered ambulances must have brand new equipment, free from defects, covered by the vehicle manufacturer's warranty. They must have full documentation, on the basis of which the cars will be, without performing additional activities, registered with the Department of Communication.
