The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and processing / disposal of waste from the area of the University Hospital No. 1 for them. dr A. Jurasza in Bydgoszcz.

2.2 The subject of the contract includes 5 indivisible lots. The offer should meet the detailed requirements set out in the offer form, price forms (i.e. Annex 2a) and in point 3 of this specification of the essential terms of the contract as well as the requirements set out in the forms for the requirements for the collection, transport and processing / disposal of waste - as appropriate to the part for which an offer will be submitted (i.e. Annex 2b). Relevant statements resulting from the content of these requirements are included in Annex 2a to the ToR, i.e. the price form and Annex 1 of the offer form.
