The subject of the contract are the TECHNICAL SERVICES SUCH AS THE EXECUTIVE DESIGN INCLUDING THE COORDINATION OF SAFETY DURING THE DESIGN PHASE, WORKS MANAGEMENT AND SAFETY COORDINATION DURING THE EXECUTION PHASE, RELATING TO THE INTERVENTION CALLED "ASAC - HISTORICAL ARCHIVE OF CONTEMPORARY ARTS (ASAC) AT THE ARSENAL OF VENICE".

The Fondazione La Biennale di Venezia has launched an open procedure for the assignment of the architecture and engineering service relating to the executive design and safety coordination during the design, construction supervision and safety coordination phase for the construction of the new headquarters of the ASAC - Historical Archive of Contemporary Arts at the Arsenale di Venezia.

The contract consists of executive design and construction supervision services, including safety coordination, in particular:

- the drafting of the executive project, to be returned in BIM mode, including the coordination of safety during the design phase, whose minimum contents are governed respectively by articles 33 to 43 of Presidential Decree 5 October 2010, n. 207, as well as by art. 18 of Ministerial Decree 154/2017;

- construction supervision and safety coordination during the execution phase to be returned in BIM mode;
