The city of Erbach intends to build a new town hall. For this purpose, planning services for outdoor facilities are required within the scope of the service profile according to HOAI §39.

The city of Erbach intends to build a new town hall on parcels No. 232, 237 and 238, for which outdoor planning services are required. The new building

is to receive an open space of approx. 2,000 m² to be planned. The specialist planning services are put out to tender in a Europe-wide, two-stage negotiation procedure:

- Level 1: prequalification process with the selection of three participants for level 2

- Stage 2: negotiated procedure

It is pointed out that there is no entitlement to project implementation.
