The collection and handling services for waste paper (PPK) will be put out to tender in two (area) lots:

Lot 1: Waste paper collection by means of "blue bin" (incl. envelope) "Sub-area East"

Lot 2: Waste paper collection by means of a "blue bin" ("West area"), as well as at recycling centres and with club collections (incl. envelope)

- Collection of waste paper (PPK) with the "blue bin" in the eastern area (population: approx. 257,000 PE).

- Four-weekly collection of waste paper via the paper bin (120-l-, 240-l- and 1,100-l-MGB), 13 emptyings/a (the container is provided by the waste management company Esslingen); the 1,100-liter MGB must also be emptied 14 times a day at the request of the household.

- transport of the collected waste paper to a transshipment facility to be provided by the contractor.

- Handling of the waste paper (incl. weighing) and handover to the contractor of the recycling service.

- Collection of waste paper (PPK) with the "blue bin" in the western area (population: approx. 281,000 PE).

- Four-weekly collection of waste paper via the paper bin (120-l-, 240-l- and 1,100-l-MGB), 13 emptyings/a (the container is provided by the waste management company Esslingen); the 1,100-liter MGB must also be emptied 14 times a day at the request of the household.

- Takeover of waste paper at recycling centers (including provision of containers) throughout the district.

- Takeover of waste paper from club collections (incl. provision of containers) throughout the district.

- transport of the collected waste paper to a transshipment facility to be provided by the contractor.

- Handling of the waste paper (incl. weighing) and transfer of waste paper to the contractor of the recycling service as well as transfer of partial quantities to the dual systems (including a quantity share of the collected quantity from lot 1).

- Keeping the quantity flow verifications for the dual systems (system operators).
