The procurement for the goods, works and services is being undertaken in accordance with Regulation 28, open procedure, of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. The requirement will principally involve the supply and installation of new interlinked smoke detectors and heat alarms. The requirement may also include supply and installation of new CO detectors, asbestos surveys and removal or encapsulation works and rewiring of existing residential properties.
