The purpose of this procedure is to entrust the service of elaboration of the Corporate Welfare Plan (PWA) for the provision of goods and services to employees of Acqualatina S.p.A.The purpose is to offer employees the possibility, within the limits of a predetermined value, to use certain goods, services and utilities governed by Articles. 51 and 100 of the Consolidated Law on Direct Taxes (TUIR).
