1. The subject of the contract is the execution in two stages of construction works including: Construction of a dock recess, reconstruction of the section of the Southern Quay II, reconstruction of the section of the West Quay I, rearrangement of the floating dock with accompanying works and reconstruction of Pier No. II with obtaining occupancy permits.
2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes, in particular:
1) execution in two stages of comprehensive works on the basis of design documentation developed by Wuprohyd Sp. z o.o., listed in paragraph 3 of Chapter IV of the SWZ constituting Annex 3 to this SWZ and studies and decisions referred to in this SWZ.
2) obtaining a decision on the occupancy permit for the built dock recess (Stage I) and a decision on the use permit for the rebuilt Pier No. II (Stage II);
The scope of the contract includes:
1) execution in two stages of comprehensive works on the basis of design documentation developed by Wuprohyd Sp. z o.o., including:
Stage I: construction of a dock recess, reconstruction of a section of the South Quay II, reconstruction of the section of the West Quay I, rearrangement of the floating dock, including:
a) demolition of the longitudinal slip,
b) demolition of the existing quays of the slip bay casing, i.e. the quay connecting the Closing Quay with the South Quay II,
c) demolition of the section of the South Quay II at the slipway,
d) demolition of part of the West Quay together with the closing Quay,
e) construction of new quays of the dock recess housing,
f) reinforcement – reconstruction of quays in the area adjacent to the new dock niche, i.e. the southern II and West quays I,
g) construction of a new dock cavity, sinking of new dock dalbs in the area of the new location of the floating dock,
h) making a surface for a wheeled crane,
i) supplying utilities to the dock basin located in the new location, along with the reconstruction of the network: water, compressed air, steam, acetylene and oxygen along the south quay line,
j) execution of earthworks in the dock cavity, including removal and management of excavated material from earthworks constituting waste with an estimated cubic capacity of 16 161.75 m3 in accordance with the provisions of the Waste Act (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699) and based on the "Draft plan for the remediation of the ground environment in part of plots No. 483, 484, 485, 487, 488, 492 and No. 494 at Śmidowicza Street in Gdynia", prepared by REMEA Sp. z o.o. and the Decision of the RDOŚ in Gdańsk of 18.03.2022 on the refusal to initiate proceedings for the issuance of a decision establishing a remediation plan, constituting Annexes No. 12A and
No. 12B to SWZ;
note: The Contractor should remove the above-mentioned amount of waste for the purpose of their management in accordance with the provisions of the Waste Act - other activities described in the above-mentioned "Draft Remediation Plan..." in accordance with the RDOŚ Decision of 18.03.2022 on the Remediation Plan, they are not covered by the subject of the contract.
k) execution of excavation works in the dock cavity and on the approach to it,
l) extraction of underwater obstacles, including ferromagnetic objects,
(m) the conversion of the floating dock from the existing location to the newly constructed dock cavity;
Stage II: reconstruction of Pier II, including:
a) demolition of the head of Pier No. II,
b) securing the front of the shortened Pier No. II,
c) reconstruction of the land network in connection with the shortening of Pier NO. II,
d) removal of dock dalbs from the area of the old location of the floating dock at Pier II,
e) execution of excavation works in the area of the existing floating dock (works carried out after removal of the dock) and extraction of underwater obstacles, including ferromagnetic objects;
f) execution of excavation works at Pier No. II to the elevation -16.00 m, - to be performed after shortening and rearranging the Floating Dock. The initial volume of works is ca 10 000 m3.
2) obtaining a decision on the occupancy permit for the built dock recess (Stage I) and a decision on the use permit for the rebuilt Pier No. II (Stage II);
3) the scope of the subject of the contract also includes:
(a) the commissioning of all installed equipment and installations;
(b) tests and measurements of all installations and equipment in accordance with the regulations
and standards, concluded with relevant protocols, which will be forwarded to the Ordering Party
in as-built documentation;
(c) the development of operating instructions for newly built installations, networks and equipment in accordance with the applicable regulations;
d) performing service and maintenance of installed devices during the warranty period.
