The subject of this contract is the supply, installation (including infrastructural works) and verification testing of a new chassis dynamometer (roller bench) to be coupled with the existing roller bench of the VELA 7 emission test facility. The main purpose of the new roller bench is to spin the front wheels at the same speed as the rear wheels.
