The execution of the payment will take place according to the methods indicated in the Special Tender Specifications.

This announcement incorporates the provisions of Legislative Decree 50/2016 as well as all the current legislation on public contracts for works, services and supplies, and the related and applicable regulations.

The award of the question will be carried out by open procedure pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, using the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer pursuant to art. 95, co. 3 of the same Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

Pursuant to art. 95, co. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, the element relating to the cost takes the form of a fixed cost on the basis of which economic operators will compete only on the basis of qualitative criteria.
