The agreement consists of the supply of four vehicles and the maintenance of a total of five vehicles. Three of the vehicles to be supplied must be fitted with a hydraulic loading and unloading crane. In addition to maintaining the four vehicles to be supplied, the maintenance of an existing vehicle is part of the agreement.

Maintenance is initially taken for the duration of the minimum three-year warranty period. After that, the maintenance agreement for maintenance, repairs and inspections can be extended annually to a maximum of 10 years.

The assignment consists of supplying four vehicles ready to use including mounting and flush-mounted, fittings, accessories, loading crane and any options called as described in the underlying Program of Requirements.

The contractor shall ensure the total coordination of the delivery with the aim of the final delivery of the four ready-to-use vehicles. This means that the contractor acts as a coordinator and final controller and will also act as a contracting party for the entire journey from contract to the end of the guarantee/aftercare period.

The contracting authority is in no way bound by certain manufactures. The subscriber is permitted to use subcontractors.
