Delivery of a 290 MVA 400 kV block transformer with tap changer (PPZ) for stand TB9 at Enea Elektrownia Połaniec S. A.
1. Inventory of the existing block transformer station TB9, transformer stations TB5, TB6, TB7 and dimensions of transformers TB5, TB6, TB7.
2. Preparation of construction and design documentation covering all installations for a new supplied transformer.
3. Execution of a complete transformer adapted to the existing transformer stations TB5, TB6, TB7 and converted in the future TB9 station.
4. Adaptation of the transformer to install the TP Sergi explosion-proof system.
5. Selection, execution and delivery of a new cooling system with complete connections adapted to the new transformer.
6. Execution and delivery of control cabinet cooling system, protection system cabinet
and measurements, tap changer cabinets with internal wiring from cabinets to transformer devices (apparatus) at the transformer station.
7. Delivery of a complete monitoring system for HV bushings and equipment for measuring the content of gases and water dissolved in oil.
8. Delivery of a new complete block transformer 290 MVA 400kV with accessories and oil to the Ordering Party's headquarters.
9. Unloading of the transformer and accessories at the unloading and storage station. Preparation and protection of the transformer for standstill in the storage field.
10. Transport of the transformer from the storage field, assembly of the transformer and equipment at the target workplace.
11. Participation (supplier's supervision) in the installation of transformer current connections at the TB9 workstation (possible removal of collision resulting from supplier's defects).
12. Filling the transformer with oil and oil treatment, performing full post-assembly tests and measurements, commissioning.
13. Conducting training for the Ordering Party's services.
14. Supervision, participation of the representative/Coordinator during commissioning and electrical tests of the transformer and 72-hour test run on the nominal parameters of the power unit.
