The investment undertaking involved in this public contract award procedure is 'Expansion (upgrade) of RIPOK (SPOK) Benefit with the installation of a waste sorting line together with the necessary technical infrastructure' consisting of two tasks:
Task 1: Modernization of the Mechanical and Biological Processing Installation (MBP) of Waste in the SPOK Benefits
Task 2: Technology line integrated with MBP line — SPOK Benefit sorting room.
The above tasks are divided into actions.
Task 1 shall consist of the following activities:
Action 1A: Construction and installation works related to
Modernization of MBP installation
Action 1B: Technology line for sorting for feed segment
And the preselection of waste, and the segment of the division
Granulometric
Task 2 shall include the operation of:
Operation 2A: A technological line integrated into the MBP line, used for sorting waste secreted within the MBP line.

Task 1: Modernization of the Mechanical and Biological Processing Installation (MBP) of Waste in the SPOK Benefits
Task 2: Technology line integrated with MBP line — SPOK Benefit sorting room.

Action 1B: The sorting technology line for the waste administration and preselection segment, and the division
Granulometric
Task 2 shall include the operation of:
Operation 2A: A technological line integrated into the MBP line, used for sorting waste secreted within the MBP line.
II. A detailed description of the item of the order includes:
(a) Description of the object of the order — Introduction of Annex 1 to SWZ;
(b) Description of the object of the contract (Cz. 1) for construction and installation works, Annex 1 A to SWZ,
c) Description of the object of the order (Cz. 2) for technological installations of Annex 1 B to SWZ,
(d) Approved construction project of Annex 2 to SWZ,
(e) A copy of the construction permit decision issued by Starosta Kołobrzeski No 00404/2018 of 27 April 2018, part 3 of SWZ,
(f) A copy of the basic map of Annex 4 to SWZ,
(g) The 2015 geotechnical opinion developed by the Investment Realization Company “Mole” Jarosław Filipiak, Annex No 5 to SWZ,
(h) Technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works of Annex 6 to SWZ,
(i) Statement of the Contracting Party on the right to dispose of the property for construction purposes of Annex 14 to SWZ,
(j) The discharge from the local zoning plan of Annex 15 to SWZ,
(k) Copy of the Environmental Conditions Decision, Annex No 16 to SWZ,
(l) Conceptual design of the line for sorting waste in SZ No. 17.
III. Local vision:
(a) The Contractor shall, at the request of the Contractor, enable the Contractor to carry out a vision of the site on which the subject of this contract will be implemented. The performance of the local vision by the Contractor is not obligatory. During the vision, representatives of the Contracting Authority will not respond to the Contractor's inquiries. Answers to inquiries will be answered in accordance with Article 135 (2) of the Pzp Act. The costs of making a vision of the local site will be borne by the Contrac
(b) In case of interest in making a vision, the Contractor should request in writing (from 3 days in advance) to the Contracting Representative tel: 094 35-17-708, fax 094 35-33-251 or e-mail: kompostownia@zielen.kolobrzeg.pl on Monday to Friday, from 7.00 to 15 o'clock. 00 to set a deadline for local vision.
IV. The Contractor shall inform that the subject matter of this order is carried out on the basis of:
(a) Agreement of 16. 03. 2020 No RPZP.03.07.00-32-B003/19-00 covering “Modernization of MBP installations in RIPOK (SPOK) Benefits (modernization of MBP in RIPOK (SPOK) Benefit together with the purchase of sorting technology (waste feed and preselection segment, granulometric division) “ implemented under the Regional Operational Programme of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship 2014 — 2020, Priority Axis III Environmental Protection and adaptation to climate change, Action 03.07 Development of municipal waste management — task No 1.
(b) Agreement of 16. 03. 2020 No RPZP.03.07.00-32-B001/19-00 covering “Technology line integrated with MBP line — sorting in RIPOK (SPOK) Benefits (purchase and implementation of technology line of waste sorting less than 80 mm)” implemented under the Regional Operational Programme West Pomeranian Voivodeship 2014 — 2020, Priority Axis III Environmental Protection and adaptation to climate change, Action 03.07 Development of municipal waste management — task number 2.
