CATERING TRANSPORTS/DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Competitive entities:
-Transport routes 3 pcs daily,
route 1 billable duration 4 h 20 min (total duration 6 h 55 min including one non-billable break) + possible separate transports at a separate hourly rate
route 2 billable duration 4 h 15 min (total duration 6 h 55 min including one unbilled break) + possible separate transports at a separate hourly rate
route 3 billable duration 4 h 30 min (total duration 6 h 50 min including one non-billable break) + possible separate transports at a separate hourly rate
-The content of the routes is the same on weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays on routes 1 and 3. On route 2 Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, the billable duration is 30 minutes shorter.
Pricing: own hourly rate for weekday, Saturday and Sunday/bank holiday routes and separate transports.
Meals are prepared in three production kitchens, from where meals are picked up and transported to end customers, which include housing service units and other possible delivery destinations. Route maps and service description attached to the request for quotation.
Shipments include transporting food, dishes and items consistent with the menu hot and/or cold to the end customer. Transport volumes vary from day to day due to the food being transported and their packaging. Transfers also include return transfers of packs, wagons and roller moths from end customers back to the central kitchen.
Delivery methods:
Delivery methods differ by customer destination. Products are supplied in styroxboxs/ rollers, carriages. The goods are delivered to one drop point/ delivery address. Different modes of operation have been noted in the schedules of route maps.
Separate transport:
-Separate transport is exemption deliveries. Carriage always according to a separate order.
Routes:
-Routes can be optimized during the contract period.
-Kymijoen Ravintoservices Oy optimizes routes.
-Kymijoen Ravintoservices Oy reserves the right to make changes to routes, schedules and transport volumes in the event of changes in the transport requirement or dining times.
-Routes contain route information from point to point with loading and unloading times, slots and return times, and total volume data.
-Breaks over 15 minutes that may be included in routes are not
billable time.
-The total time of routes is determined by how the service is agreed with each customer. At the start of the contract, each reception point shall be passed separately.
-The route fare is always the invoiced time x the contractual hourly rate given to the route as reported by Kymijoen Ravintoservices Oy, excluding any change in route time due to the subscriber's activities.
The planned start time of the contract is 1.7.2023.
