The Contractor shall ensure that the share of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas in the fleet of motor vehicles within the meaning of Article 2 point 33 of the Act of 20 June 1997 – Road Traffic Law, used in the performance of this task (excluding the scope of summer and winter road maintenance consisting in a mechanical method of cleaning the roadway, in particular sweeping and washing and preventing and combating winter slipperiness, including black ice and snow removal) amounted to at least 10% - (Act of 11.01.2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels in connection with Directive 2014/94/EU of the EP and of the Council of 22.10.2014).
