BG ETEM intends to procure market research services (mainly full-service primary market research) by means of a framework agreement.

For the implementation, a qualified service provider is sought who supports the client in the field of industry-specific customer surveys in an advisory capacity, carries it out and evaluates it accordingly. The most important target groups of the client include entrepreneurs or employers, occupational safety experts (SiFas, safety officers) in the focus industries.

BG ETEM aims to explore psychological and sociological issues using qualitative and quantitative methods. The focus will be on statistically evaluable data, which are characterized by a high degree of standardization. The sample to be examined is always selected and drawn in such a way that the results are representative and can be transferred to the corresponding population.

BG ETEM requires specialist consulting services on market research topics for the duration of this framework agreement. On request, workshops, coaching or consultations can be carried out. For the surveys (e.g. customer surveys of the client), qualitative and/or quantitative market research methods in the research design must be weighed up and applied accordingly, depending on the initial situation and the object of investigation. Part of the service to be awarded is advice on the methodology targeted for the respective project.

It is assumed that studios are used for individual interviews, focus groups and test procedures (e.g. website usability), equipped with the necessary technology for the implementation. CATI stations equipped for conducting telephone interviews should also be used.

Surveys at BG ETEM are conducted exclusively in German. This invitation to tender seeks a contractual partner who advises and accompanies the client in empirical market research projects and prepares and evaluates the results of the surveys carried out. The cooperation will take place by means of a framework agreement whereby the respective market research projects will be commissioned as individual call-offs. The nature and scope of the projects cannot be clearly defined at present.

BG ETEM is looking for a service provider who offers a full service on the topics of interest for all market research projects, which includes in particular more holistic consulting and systematic field research. Full service here means advising the client before, during and after the various processes of market research as well as the systematic acquisition, processing, analysis and interpretation of the information received.
