The contracting authority would like to enter into a 2 year framework agreement, with an option for 1+1 year for the procurement of paint, wallpaper, and floor coverings with the accompanying services. 

The framework agreement shall cover services on/in municipal buildings/sites that are connected to:

- repairs

- maintenance

- improvements

- minor alterations

The scope of the service can vary from year to year, but the value in recent years has been approx. NOK 4 million a year, including materials.

The total contract value including options is estimated to approx. NOK 16 million excluding VAT. The maximum value of the contract is set to NOK 17.6 excluding VAT.

The contracting authority plans to use the framework agreement for operation and various projects.

Projects that are estimated to have a value that exceeds NOK 100,000 excluding VAT can be announced as a separate contest.
