The subject of the contract is the selection of a contractor for the replacement of a stationary X-ray scanner for scanning vehicles and containers located at the road border crossing in Medyka along with the reconstruction of accompanying infrastructure as part of a project co-financed by the European Union under the instrument of financial support for customs control equipment (CCEI).

The investment task includes in particular: purchase and delivery of a new X-ray device for screening vehicles and containers, hereinafter referred to as the "device" or "X-ray device", its installation in place of the old X-ray device intended for dismantling, as well as reconstruction and construction of accompanying infrastructure, as well as transport and assembly of dismantled devices/elements to the place indicated by the Ordering Party and obtaining a permit on behalf of and on behalf of the Ordering Party President of the National Atomic Energy Agency for the use/use of X-ray equipment by the Ordering Party.
