The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, obtaining and breaking timber and tourism and maintenance of forest facilities, to be carried out in the forest area of Racz in the Ujsoły Forest District in 2022.

The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include the total quantities of work in the field of logging and ripping, forest farming and protection, fire protection, tourism and maintenance of forest facilities resulting from the Land No. 3 to the SWZ specifying: 1) size of works by groups of activities, activities and location, 2) sortment arrangement of timber harvesting; 3) summary of timber distances and conditions; 4) summary of items not made available for machine-sourcing; 5) information on the use of possible logging technologies.
