1. The subject of the contract is the service of maintaining order and cleanliness on roads, bicycle paths, sidewalks, stops, greenery and park alleys located in the management and administration of the Municipal Infrastructure Board in Słupsk.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the annexes to the SWZ.
3. The Ordering Party requires that the vehicles used to provide the service meet the requirements set out in Article 68(3) of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws 2022, item 1083, as amended).
4. Requirements related to the performance of the contract in the scope of employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing the activities indicated by the contracting authority are described in the SWZ and the model contract.
Ongoing maintenance of order and cleanliness of sidewalks, paved and unpaved alleys, street bands, bicycle paths, stairs, stops along with lawn care West District1. Current summer (in the period from 15 April 2023 to 14 November 2023) and winter (in the remaining period of the contract) maintenance of order and cleanliness consisting in:
a) in the summer, manual and mechanical cleaning of pavements, paved and unpaved alleys, street bands, bicycle paths, stairs and removal of loose impurities, m.in animal excrement, sand, mud, rubble, concrete, grass, leaves, branches, oil, plastic packaging, cigarette butts, papers, glass, "banners", car tires, road collision residues, removal of dead animals and other debris and obstacles threatening the safety of vehicular traffic and pedestrians from greenery (lawns, shrub clusters, hedges and roses) and removal of pollutants to the development site in accordance with the standards of land maintenance annexed to the SWZ (the list of areas to be maintained is attached to the SWZ),
(b) in winter, mitigation of the effects of winter slipperiness together with the maintenance of winter ambulance,
c) emptying street bins, park bins, bus stop bins and waste segregation bins (the location and number of bins are indicated in the Annex to the SWZ) along with the removal of pollutants to the place of development,
d) raking and cleaning from weeds from sidewalks, paved and unpaved alleys, street bands, bicycle paths, stairs, stops along with curb cleaning and removal of pollutants to the place of development,
e) mowing lawns along with raking swath and exporting mowed grass to the place of development (the list of areas is attached to the SWZ),
f) raking leaves from lawns, including in shrub clusters, hedges and roses, along with their export to the place of development,
g) removal of advertisements and announcements from trees, lighting poles, benches, baskets and other elements of small architecture,
h) grafting and cleaning from weeds of street barriers as well as road signs and street lamps along with the removal of pollutants to the place of development,
i) current summer and winter maintenance of public transport stops listed in the annex to the SWZ, according to cleaning standards,
j) after the end of the winter period or at the request of the Ordering Party, the Contractor will be obliged to clean sidewalks, paved and unpaved alleys, street bands, bicycle paths, stairs, stops made of material used to remove winter slipperiness in accordance with the time indicated in the Maintenance Standards constituting the Annex to the SWZ,
2. Maintenance of sidewalks, paved and unpaved alleys, street bands, bicycle paths, stairs, green areas (lawns, shrubs, hedges and rosaries), stops – will be carried out with a distinction between the summer period and the winter period, in accordance with the standards adopted by the Ordering Party (the description of maintenance standards is attached to the SWZ). The summer period is considered to be the period from 15 April 2023 to 14 November 2023). The remaining period is treated as the winter period. At a time when there are no winter weather phenomena (m.in ice, snow cover, snowfall), the Contractor is obliged to maintain the areas covered by the contract as in the summer.
3. The Contractor is obliged to report the work performed on a daily basis. The report must include the work scheduled to be carried out on the day and the updated work performed on the previous day. The report must also include the type and number of equipment and the number of employees working on a given day. Information should be sent by e-mail every day until 8.00.

The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to document the transfer of waste for management in a manner consistent with the principles of waste management and environmental protection requirements specified in the regulations in the field of waste management, i.e. providing the Ordering Party with the KPO - Waste Transfer Card.

Current summer (in the period from 15 April 2023 to 14 November 2023) and winter (in the remaining period of the contract) maintenance of order and cleanliness consisting in:
a) in the summer, manual and mechanical cleaning of roadways, parking lots, bus bays, security asylums (the list of areas is attached to the SWZ) along with the removal of loose impurities, animal excrement, sand, mud, rubble, loose concrete, grasses, leaves, branches, oil, plastic packaging, cigarette butts, papers, glass, "banners", car tires, remains of road collisions, removal of dead animals and other debris and obstacles threatening road traffic safety with the export of pollutants to the place of development,
(b) in winter, mitigation of the effects of winter slipperiness together with the maintenance of winter ambulance,
c) pouring the roadway during high temperatures (the list of areas is attached to the SWZ),
d) cleaning from weeds of roadways, parking lots, bus bays, security asylums along with cleaning curbs and transporting pollutants to the place of development,
e) after the end of the winter period or at the request of the Ordering Party, the Contractor will be obliged to clean roadways, parking lots, bus bays, safety asylums from the material used to remove winter slipperiness in accordance with the time indicated in the Maintenance Standards constituting the Annex to the SWZ,

a) in the summer, manual and mechanical cleaning of roadways, parking lots, bridges, viaducts, bus bays, security asylums (the list of areas is attached to the SWZ) together with the removal of loose impurities, animal excrement, sand, mud, rubble, loose concrete, grasses, leaves, branches, oil, plastic packaging, cigarette butts, papers, glass, "banners", car tires, remnants of road collisions, removal of dead animals and other impurities and obstacles endangering the safety of vehicular traffic with the export of pollutants to the place of development,
(b) in winter, mitigation of the effects of winter slipperiness together with the maintenance of winter ambulance,
c) pouring the roadway during high temperatures (the list of areas is attached to the SWZ),
d) cleaning from weeds of roadways, parking lots, bridges, viaducts, bus bays, security asylums along with curb cleaning and removal of pollutants to the place of development,
