The municipality of Petershagen / Eggersdorf plans to expand the existing 6-year-old primary school, including after-school care, with a new building. In the future, the school will move from 2.5 trains to 4 trains for a 670 students will be expanded. The extension is to be built within the existing school center on Mittelstrasse in Petershagen on a parcel of land belonging to the municipality. The basis is a legally binding development plan. According to the coordinated spatial program, the extension, including the after-school and cafeteria, will have a total usable area of around 2,700 m
The planning and construction services - in contrast to VOB / B - are remunerated at two contractually agreed times after completion of the shell and after total acceptance in the form of installments. The financing services include any necessary interim construction financing at the risk of the contractor. The maintenance and adjustment fees are paid separately.
The customer and contractual partner for all services will be the community of Petershagen / Eggersdorf. The award procedure is carried out as a negotiated procedure with a competition. For the application in the participation competition, evidence and explanations from a construction company and a draft author (architectural firm) are expected. After successful prequalification, they will work out an offer together and, in the event of an order, provide the services together. A financial institution's willingness to finance is required for the planning and construction phase.
